This service includes:

  • Documentation: Drafting detailed specifications and schedules of works.
  • Tender Management: Preparing and issuing tender packages, followed by rigorous analysis of tender returns.
  • Oversight: Overseeing the works once a contractor has been appointed.

This role typically involves regular site visits and proactively resolving any issues that may arise, helping to ensure your project is completed on time and within budget.
