Martin Perry Associates is a Structural Engineering and Surveying Consultancy operating from our Cornwall offices in Liskeard and Penryn. We are Structural Engineers providing technical collaboration for Architects, Developers, and Building Contractors. Our portfolio is diverse, encompassing everything from single-beam solutions to major new construction. We blend deep experience with traditional historic structures of natural stone and cob with the knowledge needed to detail complex projects using modern methods. Our design capabilities cover steel, timber frames, ICF, and traditional masonry.

We are an RICS-registered firm and Chartered Surveyors, specialising in key property concerns.
