A new build in an area of outstanding natural beauty, requiring a sensitive approach in terms of scale, being respectful of the neighbouring houses and mindful of the choice of materials.

The house is divided into two linear pitched roof wings, joined centrally by a flat roof glazed double height entrance lobby.

The highly insulated and air-tight timber frame building is clad in Trebarwith Stone on the ground floor. The upper storey is clad in thermally modified pine while the roof is finished in reclaimed Delabole slate.
